| Spanish abstract | Para la comunidad de Espinazo, Nuevo León, la figura del Niño Fidencio y los eventos que se dan en torno a su imagen han constituido el fundamento de su cosmovisión que entre mito y realidad, permanece casi intacta desde la llegada del llamado Niño Santo en 1921, hasta la actualidad. A continuación presento una descripción de los orígenes del movimiento fidencista y la designación de los espacios en donde se desarrolla la constante fiesta, cuya principal manifestación se da en los juegos de representación de personajes que han ido sumándose con los años y en donde los que tienen se mezcla la función del espectador/actor, para dar testimonio y ser partícipes de la obra de Fidencio |
| English abstract | For the comunity of Espinazo, Nuevo Leon, the figure of El Niño Fidencio and the events given around all his image have meant the foundation of their worldview that between myth and reality, remains almost untouched since the arrival of the Niño Santo in 1921, to the present.
