| Spanish abstract | En el presente trabajo analizamos el accionar, las relaciones y los conflictos del primer subdelegado nombrado para la jurisdicción de la Puna, con el objetivo de comprender el funcionamiento de la administración hispana en un espacio de características particulares en la Gobernación Intendencia de Salta del Tucumán.
