| English abstract | In this dissertation, an attempt is made to approximate the diplomatic reality in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela about the Asylum Right, through the analysis of the discourses: official, intermediate and code, existing on this right, using Archaeological Method of Michel Foucault. In this paper I will try to determine the reality of the Asylum Right in Venezuela through the analysis of its historical evolution, of the current legal norms ─ Code─; the considerations that have been made on the subject by the author Rafael Ortíz ─ Intermediate Discourse─ and of the positions taken by the government of the State with respect to this right ─ Official discourse - using as an example the Case of Pedro Carmona Estanga |
