| English abstract | Analyze, in this text, the moral beddings of the conception of social minimum also detaching the form of criminal action that would be correlate with the liberal conception of social justice. The liberal term is polemics and its uses can generate a confusion series, a time that the hegemony and the practical liberal politics if reveal in diverse ways. The liberal vision assumes the possibility of autonomy of the people in opposition to the conceptions that affirm that similar autonomy does not exist not to be as product of the collective recognition. In the economic perspective, the liberal vision if opposes to the socialist conception of the economy, over all to the idea of democratic social control of the market and the private property, as well as of the presence of a State intervention, entrepreneur and capable to place resources to promote justice distributive. In the case, the State is the more including moral sphere where the reciprocal recognition of the people if effective. | Portuguese abstract | Analisam-se, neste texto, os fundamentos morais da concepção de mínimo social destacando também a forma de ação pública que seria correlata com a concepção liberal de justiça social. O termo liberal é polissêmico e seus usos podem gerar uma série de confusão, uma vez que a hegemonia e as práticas políticas liberais se manifestam de diversas maneiras. A visão liberal supõe a possibilidade de autonomia das pessoas em oposição às concepções que afirmam que semelhante autonomia não existe a não ser como produto do reconhecimento coletivo. Na perspectiva econômica, a visão liberal se opõe à concepção socialista da economia, sobretudo à idéia de controle social democrático do mercado e da propriedade privada, bem como da presença de um Estado interventor, empreendedor e capaz de alocar recursos para promover a justiça distributiva. No caso, o Estado é a esfera moral mais abrangente em que o reconhecimento recíproco das pessoas se efetiva. È nesse sentido que a formação humana tem uma dimensão ética e política |
