| Spanish abstract | La forma en que se reduce o se limita la entrada de personas para la distribución de recursos parece ser lo que queda de la posibilidad de acceso a derechos luego de transitar por lo que se ha llamado la ruta 1 para la Atención a la población en situación de desplazamiento. El conjunto de traducciones propuesto por quienes implementan la política, disponiendo para el acceso a los recursos trámites o acciones no determinados y que exceden los requisitos iniciales, determina un resultado: el sistema que conocen las personas que pretenden acceder a él |
| English abstract | The means to limit or reduce the entrance of people to the system of distributing resources appears to await the possibility of accessing justice through what is called the "Route to Attention" for displaced people.
