| Spanish abstract | Carlos Pereyra y Bolívar Echeverría fueron dos intelectuales que marcaron una época con respecto al discurso marxista. A finales de los años ochenta ambos autores entraron en una discusión a propósito de los alcances y límites de dicho discurso. La denominada “crisis del marxismo” había anclado en México, ello obligó a tomar posición: Pereyra lo hizo a través del cuestionamiento de la “crítica de la economía política” y su “punto ciego”, para ello tuvo que hacer un ejercicio de cuestionamiento de la obra de Bolívar Echeverría |
| English abstract | Carlos Pereyra and Bolívar Echeverría were two intellectuals who defined an era with respect to the marxist discourse. In the late eighties both authors entered into a discussion about the scope and limits of this discourse. The so-called "crisis of Marxism" had anchored in Mexico; this forced to take a position: Pereyra made it through the questioning of the "critique of political economy" and its "blind point", for it had to do an exercise of questioning the work of Bolívar Echeverría |
