| Spanish abstract | La “democracia exige mecanismos de control del ciudadano sobre el gobernante. Ante todo, requiere justicia. La verdadera democracia es el conjunto relacionado (no perfecto) de todas estas características”. El autor ofrece una reflexión sobre los elementos que a su juicio deben ser considerados para la formación de un gobierno representativo de la voluntad ciudadana de una nación; de este modo, es a través de la formación de criterios éticos, jurídicos, sociales y políticos que conjuguen los anhelos de justicia, libertad e igualdad, que la sociedad podrá alcanzar sus objetivos y su trascendencia en la historia |
| English abstract | Democracy “requires citizen control mechanisms over the ruler. First of all, requires justice. True democracy is the related set (not perfect) of all these features”. Thus concludes the author, who offers over the text, a reflection on the elements that he thinks should be considered on the formation of a government representing the will of citizens of a nation, in this way, is through the formation of ethical, legal, social and political issues that combines the longing for justice, freedom and equality that society can achieve its objectives and its significance in history |
