| Spanish abstract | El texto ofrece una revisión histórico-polìtica de algunos preceptos del Plan de San Luis firmado en 1910 por Francisco I. Madero, el cual se redactó en contra del régimen político encabezado por el General Porfirio Díaz. Ese régimen fue sustituido, 19 años después, por un régimen autoritario que en varios sentidos y por siete décadas no fue muy diferente que el derrocado por la Revolución. El periodo conocido como México posrevolucionario fue dominado por el partido PNR-PRM-PRI debido a la simbiosis gobierno-partido y a la utilización de este último como órgano de control social y político del país por parte del presidente en turno |
| English abstract | The text offers a historical-political review of some provisions of the Plan of San Luis signed in 1910 by Francisco I. Madero, which was drafted against the political regime led by General Porfirio Díaz. That regime was replaced 19 years later, by an authoritarian regime that in many ways and for seven decades was not much different than the overthrown by the revolution. During the period known as post-revolutionary Mexico, was dominated by the party PNR-PRMPRI. Provided by the symbuiois goverment-party and the use of the latter, as an organ of social and political control across the country, by the incumbent president |
