| Spanish abstract | El terror como género ha ido permeando en estos últimos años la narrativa argentina actual: el fantasma y el zombi son personajes propios del terror literario y cinematográfico que han sido reorientados hacia lecturas políticas, ya sea del pasado nacional vinculado al terrorismo de Estado o bien en clave biopolítica. Coexiste con estas propuestas una nueva forma de narrar en la que lo ominoso irrumpe con la recuperación de viejos temas de la narrativa de terror (ocultismo, satanismo, presencia de lo monstruoso sobrenatural, leyendas populares) en un marco narrativo complejo, pleno de autorreferencialidad y de guiños paródicos que conviven con ese efecto de horror que parece incompatible con la razón. Es el caso de algunas novelas y cuentos de Luciano Lamberti y de Celso Lunghi. Mariana Enriquez y Samantha Schweblin han abierto un camino en ese sentido. En Me verás volver (2013) y Seis buitres (2016), las dos novelas de Celso Lunghi de las que me ocuparé, hay un giro que combina un interés -no tan visible en los demás autores- por la violencia tanto social como familiar y por reflexionar los modos de narrarlas |
| English abstract | In recent years Terror as a genre has been leaking the current Argentine narrative: the ghost and the zombie are both characters of literary and film terror that have been reoriented towards political readings, either about the national History linked to state terrorism either in a biopolitical key. Coexists with these ideas a new way of narrating in which the Ominous breaks in the way of the recovery of the old themes of the narrative of terror (Occultism, Satanism, presence of the monstrous Supernatural and popular legends) in a complex narrative framework, full of self-referentiality and parodic winks that coexist with that effect of horror that seems incompatible with reason. This is the case of some novels and stories by Luciano Lamberti and Celso Lunghi. Mariana Enríquez and Samantha Schweblin have opened also a path in that direction. In Me verás volver (2013) and Seis buitres (2016), the two Celso Lunghi´s novels that I will deal with, there is a twist that combines an interest -not so visible in other authors- for both social and family violence and for reflecting the ways of narrating them |
