| Spanish abstract | El artículo estudia las diversas modalidades que ha tomado la revista Hispamérica en relación a la crítica literaria hispanoamericana durante las dos primeras décadas de su publicación entre los años ´70 y ´80. Analiza el estado de los estudios literarios hispanoamericanos en el momento de la emergencia de la revista y u especial colocación dentro de ellos. Nacida en el periodo más álgido de la crisis y reformulación de la crítica literaria hispanoamericana, la revista ha sabido captar la gran mayoría de las tendencias críticas sin caer en el posicionamiento restrictivo de las distintas “comunidades teóricas” o, por el contrario, en el hibridismo que evita toda colocación dentro del pensamiento crítico que estudia esta literatura. En el encabalgamiento de estas tensiones la revista, más que protagonizar los debates, los pone en escena, habla a través de su sistema de selecciones, da protagonismo al crítico y su propuesta, y permite el del lector, abriendo el repertorio literario, crítico y teórico |
| English abstract | The article studies the various modalities that the Hispamérica journal has taken in relation to Latin American literary criticism during the first two decades of its publication, between the 70s and the 80s. Analyze the state of Hispanic American literary studies at the time of the emergence of the magazine and a special placement within them. Born in the height of the crisis and reformulation of Latin American literary criticism, the magazine has managed to capture the vast majority of critical trends without falling into the restrictive positioning of the various “theoretical communities” or, conversely, in the hybridity that prevents any placement within the critical thinking that studies this literature. In the overlapping of these tensions, the journal, rather than starring in the debates, puts them on stage, speaks through their system of selections, gives prominence to the critic and his proposal, and allows the reader, opening the literary repertoire, critical and theoretical |
