| Spanish abstract | El presente escrito es una aproximación al complejo desenvolvimiento político institucional del Estado de Antioquia a lo largo de sus casi 30 años de existencia. Durante ese tiempo se consolidó un proyecto político conservador, que apalancado en la Iglesia católica y dirigido por Pedro Justo Berrío, se convirtió en acicate del futuro desarrollo industrial antioqueño. De manera contextual, el artículo da cuenta de las profundas contradicciones políticas e institucionales que se afrontaron en el país durante esos años, y que finalmente dieron al traste con ese modelo de Estado |
| English abstract | This document is an approximation to the complex institutional politic development of the State of Antioquia throughout its almost 30 years of existence. During that time was consolidated a Conservative politic project, which motivated in the Catholic Church and managed by Pedro Justo Berrío, became the incentive of the future industrial development of Antioquia. The article shows the profound politics and institutional contradiction that were confronted in the country during that years, and that finally ended with such model of State |
