| Spanish abstract | Uno de los principales avances científicos de las últimas décadas ha sido la reproducción asistida. Ello ha provocado la aparición de nuevos problemasjurídicos que han sido resueltos en Europa por sus Estados miembro de manera heterogénea, con virtiendo la interpretación del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos en estos últimos años en necesaria y crucialpara entender la regulación europea al respecto. | English abstract | One ofthe main scientific advances ofrecent decades has been assisted reproduction. This has led to the emergence ofnew legalproblems that have been solved in Europe for its member states, heterogeneously, making the interpretation ofthe European Court ofHuman Rights in recent years in something necessary and crucial for understanding the european regulation in this regard.
