| Spanish abstract | Los autores relatan y analizan el desenvolvimiento del proceso político, el régimen constitucional y la democracia en el Perú durante el período 1976-2005. También realizan una evaluación crítica de la vigencia de las instituciones políticas y constitucionales en dicho lapso. Para ello, el trabajo se ocupa de los regímenes democráticos y de facto imperantes en el período, de los principales acontecimientos políticos producidos, y de las Constituciones de 1979 y de 1993, analizando el proceso constituyente y los principales contenidos de las mismas en materia de derechos fundamentales, régimen económico, regulación del régimen presidencial, relaciones entre gobierno y parlamento, sistema judicial y jurisdicción constitucional |
| English abstract | The authors relate and analyze the unfolding of the political process, the constitutional regime and the democracy in Peru during period 1976-2005. Also they make a critical evaluation of the use of the political and constitutional institutions in this lapse. For it, the work takes care of the democratic and de facto prevailing regimes in the period, of the main produced political events, and of the Constitutions of 1979 and 1993, analyzing the constituent process and the main contents of the same ones in the matter of fundamental rights, economic regime, regulation of the presidential regime, relations between government and parliament, judicial system and constitutional jurisdiction |
