| English abstract | The following article aims to identify the guidelines that the International Law of Human Rights andEnvironmentgives to the Statefor the appropriate configuration of its Water Law. This paper analyzes the conceptual relation between human rights and environment, and also the most relevant aspects ofthe human right to water and sanitation.
