| Spanish abstract | Tres relatos del autor Julio Ramón Ribeyro, “Los eucaliptos”, “Alienación” y “Los otros” de Cuentos de circunstancias (1958), Silvio en El Rosedal (1977) y Relatos santacrucinos (1992), respectivamente, se estructuran a partir de un narrador en la modalidad de testigo. Los tres se remontan a los años de infancia y adolescencia del narrador: relatan acontecimientos del pasado mediante la reconstrucción de la memoria. Este estudio describirá las características compartidas por los narradores-testigo de cada relato mediante la definición y conceptualización de lo que, para Genette, Gómez Redondo y Bal, es un narrador homodiegético; después se contrastarán los tres relatos para identificar los mecanismos específicos de construcción de cada narrador; finalmente se resaltará la intención única y, a la vez, compartida de los narradores de los tres cuentos |
| English abstract | Three stories by the author, Julio Ramón Ribeyro, “Los eucaliptos,” “Alienación” and “Los otros” from Cuentos de circunstancias (1958), Silvio en Rosedal (1977) and Relatos santacrucinos (1992), respectively, are structured from a narrator in the modality of witness. All three return to the narrator’s years of infancy and adolescence and relate incidents of the past by means of a reconstruction of memory. This study will describe the characteristics shared by the narrator-witness of each story by means of definition and conceptualization of what a homodiegetic narrator is according to Genette, Gómez Redondo and Bal. Then the three stories will be contrasted to identify the specific mechanisms of construction of each narrator. Finally we will bring out the unique and, at the same time, shared intention of the narrators in the three stories |
| Other abstract | Drei Erzählungen des Autors Julio Ramón Ribeyro, “Los eucaliptos”, “Alienación” und “Los otros” aus den Bänden Cuentos de circunstancias (1958), Silvio en El Rosedal (1977) sowie Relatos santacrucinos (1992), bauen sich von einem Erzähler ausgehend auf, der als Zeuge fungiert. In den drei Fällen wird das Leben des Erzählers bis in seine Kindheit und Jugendjahre zurückverfolgt, Ereignisse aus der Vergangenheit werden erzählt, indem sie in der Erinnerung rekonstruiert werden. Die vorliegende Studie wird die gemeinsamen Eigenschaften der drei als Zeugen fungierenden Erzähler herausarbeiten, wobei sie auf die Definition und Konzeptualisierung des homodiegetischen Erzählers zurückgreift, wie dieser bei Genette, Gómez Redondo und Bal genannt wird. Nachfolgend sollen die Unterschiede zwischen den drei Erzählungen ausgearbeitet werden, um spezifische Mechanismen der Bauweise jedes Erzählers zu identifizieren. Abschlieβend soll die alleinige und gleichzeitig von den Erzählern der drei Erzählungen geteilte Absicht hervorgehoben werden |
