| Spanish abstract | Anselmo y Ockham, con distintas teorías lingüísticas para auxiliar la fe, coinciden en intuir el Fundamento común. La argumentación anselmiana utiliza la suposición semántica, la consecuencia lógica e implicación material, para “pensar la grandeza” y lanzar al espíritu hacia “lo mayor” que el corazón ya cree: su reflexión metalingüística. Atiende al “más allá” de “lo mayor” y no a la comprehensión del término “Dios”. Para Ockham, ésta no implica el predicado “existencia”. Recurre a la suposición lingüística personal que prueba “por la conservación de los entes” la existencia del Conservador, no del Creador, pues Dios no le resulta signo metalingüístico |
| English abstract | Anselm and Ockham, with different linguistic theories to assist faith, coincide in sensing the common Foundation. Anselmian argumentation utilizes semantic supposition, logical consequence and material implication in order to “think of greatness” and hurl the spirit towards “the greatest” that the heart already believes: its metalinguistic reflection. It deals with “the beyond” and “the greatest” and not the comprehension of the term “God.” For Ockham, this does not imply the predicate “existence.” It returns to the personal linguistic supposition that proves “by the conservation of entities” of the Conserver and not the Creator since that is not a metalinguistic sign |
