| Spanish abstract | En este escrito se argumenta que las nociones de pobreza, desarrollo, calidad de vida y, en general, Lodos los conceptos, variables e indicadores que se usan en las explicaciones y teorías sobre esle terna, son diferentes miradas desde los intereses del ob- servador, del mismo y único fenómeno social. De esta manera, existen múltiples trabajos sobre la po- breza y el desarrollo, Sin embargo, una aproxima- ción desde la perspectiva de la complejidad, debe tener en cuenta que el desarrollo puede hacer refe- rencia a la estructura social corno un todo y a las acciones mediante las cuales se modifica el entorno del sistema; una vez éste se ha podido ordenar a través de la ciencia, con el objetivo de explicar la realidad. De allí que la relación entre pobreza y de- sarrollo es estrecha. Estas son formas de ver el mis- mo fenómeno. Lo cual permite pensar la calidad de vida desde un sentido global |
| English abstract | In this essay there is argued that the notions of poverty, development, quality of life and, in gene- ral, all the concepts, variables and indicators used in Lhe explanations and theories on this tapie, are different points of view from the observers' inlerests, of the same and only social phenomenon. Therefore, there are multiple works on poverty and development. However, an approximation from the perspective of complexity must bear in rnind that the development may refer to the social structure as a whole, and to the actions that rnodify context of the system, just when it has been ordered through the science in arder to explain the reality. Therefore, there is a clase relation between poverty and development. These are different ways to see the same phenomenon, which allows us to think about the life quality from a global sense |
