| English abstract | In the Educational Institution La Armonía the present project was carried out with students belonging to the grades 9th, 10th, and 11th, which fostered the students to create and write a paper with a research thesis format about their life project. With the support of professors of Ethics, English, Entrepreneurship, and School Counseling, interdisciplinary work was enhanced and completed. This approach encouraged the development of reflexive and research abilities, the learning of life skills, and the improvement of a foreign language (English). Additionally, the life project was approached with personal meaning, with each student proposing what he or she wants to do from his personal, family, social, academic, and occupational outlook, but emphasizing on service and transcendence, that is, how -through the life project- they can contribute humanity and its local, national, and relational context, this was addressed from the ecological model of Bronfenbrenner. |
| Spanish abstract | En la Institución Educativa la Armonía se llevó a cabo el proyecto Thesis Paper - Life Project con estudiantes de grado Noveno, Décimo y Undécimo el cual buscó que las y los estudiantes elaboraran un documento con estructura de Tesis de investigación sobre su proyecto de vida. Se realizó un trabajo interdisciplinario con docentes de ética, inglés, emprendimiento y orientación escolar. A partir de esta estrategia, se fomentaron las habilidades para la vida, la adquisición de competencias en investigación, así como el fortalecimiento de la segunda lengua (inglés). Junto a ello, se abordó el proyecto de vida con sentido, donde cada estudiante plantea lo que quiere hacer desde su área personal, familiar, social, académica y ocupacional, pero haciendo énfasis en el servicio y la trascendencia, es decir, cómo -a través del proyecto de vida- pueden servir a la humanidad y a su contexto local, nacional y relacional, esto se abordó desde el modelo ecológico de Bronfenbrenner. |
