| English abstract | The objective is to analyze the dynamics of the armed conflict in La Guajira and its humanitarian impact and to trace a transition of the economic model that has been operating in the last 45 years in the department of La Guajira. It reviews the presence and action of armed groups in La Guajira, then analyzes how to take advantage of the privileged geographical position that has this territory with 670 km of coast facing the Caribbean sea, which is equivalent to a corporate advantage that facilitates its tourism development. The methodology from an ethnographical and autoethnographical approach reveals the role of culture, its traditions, meaning, worldviews, feelings, relies on participant observation, group conversations, in the search for answers to questions that have hindered endogenous development, The impact that is expected to generate in knowledge and knowledge contextualized and located from the territory that contribute to the formulation of regional public policies and the foundation of educational curricula, finally we hope to resolve questions such as: Is there a possibility of a stable and lasting peace in Colombia? Is it possible to live in peace? , if conflicts will always be present, how will they be resolved? |
| Spanish abstract | El objetivo es analizar las dinámicas del Conflicto armado en La Guajira y su impacto humanitario y trazar una transición del modelo económico que ha venido operando en los últimos 45 años en La Guajira. Se reseña la presencia y actuar de grupos armados, seguidamente se analiza cómo aprovechar la posición geográfica privilegiada que tiene este territorio con 670 km de costa frente al mar Caribe, lo que equivale a una ventaja comparativa que facilita su desarrollo turístico. La metodología desde un enfoque etnográfico y auto-etnoegráfico devela el papel de la cultura, sus tradiciones, significados, cosmovisiones, sentimientos, se apoya en la observación participante, los conversatorios grupales, para la búsqueda de respuestas a interrogantes que han obstaculizado el desarrollo endógeno, el impacto que se espera generar es conocimiento y saberes contextualizados y situados desde el territorio que contribuyan con la formulación de Políticas públicas regionales y con la fundamentación de Currículos educativos, finalmente se espera resolver interrogantes tales como ¿existe la posibilidad de una Paz estable y duradera en Colombia?, ¿es posible vivir en Paz?, si los conflictos siempre estarán presentes, ¿cómo se resolverán? |
