| Spanish abstract | Sin pretenderse realizar una historia acerca de esta temática, se presenta primeramente la versión francesa de la “Declaración de los derechos universales del hombre y del ciudada- no”. Se analizan luego las nociones de deber y la de derecho, y sus relaciones. Se presentan despu p s las declaraciones de los deberes universales y se concluye con algunas re Á e [ iones sobre las causas posibles de la invisibilización de los deberes. Metodológicamente, a partir de referencias históricas, se realiza un proceso de deducción lógica para lograr hipotéticamente el objetivo: la causa de la invisilización de los deberes |
| English abstract | Without pretending to ma N e a history about this issue, , present À rst the French version of the “Universal Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen”. The notions of duty and law, and their relationships are then analyzed. After that, the declarations of universal duties are considered, and the author concludes with some re Á ections on the possible causes of the invisibility of the duties. Methodologically, from historical references, a process of logical deduction is done to achieve hipothetically the goal: the cause of invisilization of duties |
