| Spanish abstract | La interpelación es una práctica política, legítimamente democrática dentro de un Estado de Derecho, social y legítimamente reconocido. Por ende, como país reconocemos ese derecho, aunque políticamente hablando creemos que dichas interpelaciones deberían suceder en el marco de la resolución de conflictos en bienestar de la población y no meramente por intereses de los parlamentarios o de un bloque político. Esta práctica debe determinar de manera clara la gestión democrática y causal en la cual se desarrolla la gestión administrativa de la función pública para la cual se ha asignado al funcionario público, en vías del bien común de la sociedad guatemalteca |
| English abstract | The interpellation is a political practice, legitimately democratic within a state of law, socially and legitimately recognized. Therefore, as a country we recognize that right, although politically speaking we believe that such interpellations should take place within the framework of the resolution of conflicts in the well-being of the population and not merely for the interests of parliamentarians or a political bloc. This practice must clearly determine the democratic and causal management in which the administrative management of the public function for which the public official has been assigned is developed, in the way of the common good of Guatemalan society |
