| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo exponer el núcleo teórico sobre el cual se fundamenta el contractualismo contemporáneo. La primera parte de la exposición toma como punto de partida a los autores más representativos del iusnaturalismo moderno, doctrina filosófica política que acoge al contrato social como criterio de racionalidad del Estado liberal. En la segunda parte se expone la noción de “equilibrio reflexivo” del filósofo liberal John Rawls, con el cual intenta construir y proponer un mecanismo democrático de elección racional, recuperando las principales revisiones y críticas a dicha propuesta |
| English abstract | The objective of this paper is to expose the theoretical core on which contemporary contractualism is based. The first part takes as its starting point the most representative authors of the modern natural law, a political, philosophical doctrine that incorporates the social contract as a criterion of the rationality of the liberal State. In the second part, we present the notion of "reflective equilibrium" of the liberal philosopher John Rawls, in which he tries to construct and propose a democratic method of rational choice, recovering the main reviews and criticisms of that proposal |
