| Spanish abstract | O artigo trata do processo de valorização patrimonial e da intrínseca necessidade de problematizar ideias estabelecidas, desde uma abordagem que incorpore novos atores à questão patrimonial. Se a ideia de patrimônio cultural vem se modificando ao longo dos anos, apenas muito recentemente tem ocorrido a inclusão de atores sociais fundantes do próprio patrimônio nas regiões do globo colonizadas pelas potências europeias a partir do século XV, em especial nas Américas. Os “novos atores sociais”, muitas vezes são agrupamentos presentes desde a pré-história nos territórios com bens patrimonializados, mas que não tiveram seu legado reconhecido como patrimônio cultural, ou apenas há pouco tempo e mesmo assim de maneira subordinada e secundária. Para analisar a questão se toma como caso as Ruínas Jesuíticas Guarani, em São Miguel das Missões, no Rio Grande do Sul/Brasil, patrimônio reconhecido oficialmente há quase um século, cuja valorização da cultura Guarani ainda precária e incompleta é constrangedoramente recente. Em particular, será analisado o processo de reconhecimento da dimensão imaterial Guarani do bem “Tava, Lugar de Referência para o Povo Guarani”, declarada patrimônio cultural brasileiro em 2014. A análise da valorização da Tava como patrimônio será realizada a partir da compreensão de diferentes narrativas constitutivas de um mesmo bem cultural. As formulações aqui apresentadas partem de pesquisa em andamento e se inserem no interior da abordagem da crítica à perspectiva colonial da patrimonialização |
| English abstract | The article deals about the process of valorization of heritage and the intrinsic need to problematize established ideas, from an approach that incorporates new actors to the heritage issue. If the idea of cultural heritage has changed over the years, it is only recently that the inclusion of social actors who constituted their heritage in regions of the globe colonized by European powers since the 15th century, especially in the Americas. The “new social actors” are often groupings present since prehistory in territories with heritage, but which have not had their legacy recognized as cultural heritage, or only recently and, even so, in a subordinate and secondary way. In order to analyze the issue, the Guarani Jesuit Ruins, in São Miguel das Missões, in Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil are taken as case, a heritage officially recognized from almost a century, whose valorization of the Guarani culture, still precarious and incomplete, is embarrassingly recent. In particular, the process of recognizing the immaterial Guarani dimension of the “Tava, Place of Reference for the Guarani People”, declared a Brazilian cultural heritage in 2014, will be analyzed. The valorization of the Tava as heritage will be carried out from the comprehension that different narratives constitute the same cultural asset. The formulations presented here are based on ongoing research and are inserted in the criticism approach to colonial perspective of heritage |
