| Spanish abstract | O projeto de extensão “Formação política pela Sétima Arte: o cinema como prática pedagógica” visa contribuir com a tomada de consciência, a organização social e a conquista de direitos humanos na perspectiva da construção de uma sociedade justa e igualitária. Partindo-se do pressuposto de que o cinema é constituinte da prática pedagógica, busca-se promover uma reflexão crítica por meio de sugestões analíticas postas na estrutura narrativa fílmica, visando contribuir para o aprimoramento do senso crítico que o sujeito social tem de si mesmo e do meio sociocultural e educacional em que vive. Pautado pelo princípio da indissociabilidade entre ensino, pesquisa e extensão, o projeto almeja contribuir para o aprimoramento da relação Universidade-Sociedade, aumentando a participação dos docentes e discentes em atividades de extensão e pesquisa por meio de seu envolvimento em ações interdisciplinares que, além de contribuir com a sua formação ampliada, primem pelo rigor científico e pela atuação crítica |
| English abstract | Drawing on movies as a teaching practice, the extension project “Political awareness through the Seventh Art” aims to contribute to the awareness, the social organization and the achievement of human rights from the perspective of building a fair and egalitarian society. Starting from the assumption that cinema is part of the pedagogical practice, it seeks to bring about critical thinking through the analytical suggestions proposed in the narrative structure of movies, thus contributing to the improvement of the critical sense that the social subject has of himself/herself and of the socio-cultural and educational environment where they live. Guided by the principle of indivisibility of teaching, research and extension, this project aims to contribute to the improvement of the relationship between university and society by means of the increased participation of teachers and students in extension activities and research as a result of their involvement in interdisciplinary actions, which will further their training and are in line with scientific rigor and critical thinking |
