| Spanish abstract | La intención de este texto es presentar la sistematización de los resultados obtenidos en la realización de seis talleres de diagnóstico de conflictividad escolar y de la aplicación de una línea de base (encuestas) a representantes de los distintos actores que componen las comunidades educativas. Este ejercicio se desarrolló en el segundo semestre del 2007 y su proposito, recoger información pertinente que permitiera comenzar el proceso de intervención en dichas instituciones. Aquí se presenta en primer lugar, una descripción de la información obtenida y discutida por un grupo representativo en cada comunidad educativa que atañe a las problemáticas mas acuciantes que enfrentan, identificando los actores y conflictos que más afectan la convivencia escolar. De la misma forma, se presenta la sistematización de las respuestas dadas por los distintos estamentos que componen la comunidad que amplían la información proporcionada por el grupo con el que se desarrollaron los talleres diagnósticos |
| English abstract | this text aims at presenting the systematization of the results gotten in six diagnostic werkshops on school conflict and the application of a base _ line survey to reprentatives of the different actors wich make up the educational communities. This kind of exercise was carried out in the second semester of 2007 and its goal is to collect appropriate information which could make feasible the starf of the intervention process in those institutions. In the first place, here is introduced a description of the information obtained and discussed by a representative group in every educational community concerning the most urgent issues they face, identifying the actors and the conflicts which affect the school coexistence the most. Likewise, it is shown the systematization of the answers given by the different strata of the community, which expands the information provided by the group with whom the diagnostic wekshop were developed |
