| Spanish abstract | La sociedad del siglo XXI, considera y valora la profesión docente desde la dimensión que los mismos maestros personifican y proyectan desde su praxis educativa; diversificando requerimientos de acuerdo a los nuevos modelos educativos. Este estudio interpreta el accionar vocacional del docente en una sociedad de constantes cambios a nivel educativo que generalmente conllevan al desgaste laboral. La metodología utilizada fue Fenomenología hermenéutica con enfoque cualitativo; técnicas utilizadas la observación directa y la entrevista, como instrumentos se recurrió al block de notas y videograbadoras; para evidenciar si existe clara asociación entre la visión de la docencia basada en la pedagogía del amor y la dimensión del rol del maestro, a quien debe incrementársele el reconocimiento social y profesional, considerado uno de los factores desencadenantes del Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de una determinada institución educativa, conforme a la realidad social actual |
| English abstract | The society of the 21st century considers and values the teaching profession from the dimension that the teachers themselves personify and project from their educational praxis; diversifying its requirements according to the new educational models. This study interprets the vocational actions the teacher in a society of constant changes at the educational level that generally lead to job attrition. The methodology used was phenomenologicalhermeneutic with focus qualitative, techniques direct observation and interview with teachers were used, as instruments the notepad and vcrs; to show if there is a clear association between the vision of teaching based on the pedagogy of love and the key dimension of the role the teacher, to whom social and professional recognition should be increased, considered one of the triggers of Burnout Syndrome the given educational institution, in accordance with current social reality |
