| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo tuvo como intencionalidad generar una aproximación teórica al significado del liderazgo resiliente en la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL-IPB). Éste se fundamentó con teorías sobre liderazgo, resiliencia y gerencia educativa. Para ello fue asumido el paradigma interpretativo desde la postura de Heidegger (1997) y el método fenomenológico-hermenéutico. La evidencia se recopiló, aplicando la técnica de entrevista a tres (3) miembros del personal docente, gerentes medios en el escenario de estudio y como instrumento se utilizó un guion de entrevista. Asimismo, el autor fungió como instrumento heurístico utilizando los sentidos, memoria, capital cultural y percepciones para, categorizar y dar sentido a las interpretaciones de primer orden de los informantes claves. La triangulación permitió dar credibilidad a los hallazgos, los cuales fueron legitimados con la voz de los informantes. Finalmente se elaboró la teoría sustantiva reveladora del sentido social e igualmente, exponer las reflexiones desde unaperspectiva onto-epistémica |
| English abstract | The purpose of this article was to generate a theoretical approach to the meaning of resilient leadership at the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL-IPB). This was based on theories about leadership, resilience and educational management. For this, the interpretive paradigm was assumed from the position of Heidegger (1997) and the phenomenological-hermeneutical method. The evidence was collected, applying the interview technique to three (3) members of the teaching staff, middle managers in the study scenario and as an instrument an interview script was used. Likewise, the author served as a heuristic instrument using the senses, memory, cultural capital and perceptions to categorize and make sense of the first order interpretations of the key informants. The triangulation allowed to give credibility to the findings, which were legitimized with the voice of the informants. Finally, the revealing substantive theory of social meaning was elaborated and also, to expose the reflections from an onto-epistemic perspective |
