| Spanish abstract | En México, el actual modelo económico olvidó atender prioridades como el empleo y el crecimiento al dejar las responsabilidades respecto de la ocupación, el reparto del crédito o incluso en la distribución del ingreso al mercado, pero sus soluciones han producido ritmos mediocres de crecimiento con altos costos sociales. Por eso, hoy las prioridades deberían estar encaminadas a crear mecanismos de formación de acuerdos políticos que lleven a reconstruir el ámbito de las responsabilidades gubernamentales; fijar metas económicas y sociales mejor equilibradas, pues en caso contrario, las insuficiencias económicas arriesgarían transformarse en inseguridad social y desencanto democrático, en frustración de la población joven, media y vieja, como ya comienza a ocurrir |
| English abstract | In Mexico, the current economic model forgot to attend to priorities as the employment and the growth when the responsibilities left respect of the occupation, the distribution of the credit or even in the distribution of the revenue to the market, but his solutions have produced mediocre paces of growth with high social costs. Because of it, today the priorities should be directed to create mechanisms of formation of political agreements that lead to reconstructing the area of the governmental responsibilities; to fix better balanced economic and social goals, so in opposite case, the economic insufficiencies would risk to transform in social insecurity and democratic disenchantment, in frustration of the young, average and old population, since already it begins to happen |
