| Spanish abstract | Desarrolla los supuestos e hipótesis sobre el funcionamiento y la trayectoria que ha caracterizado al Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) y al Banco Mundial (BM) desde su creación. Se analiza el papel que han desarrollado y se ofrece una reflexión crítica sobre sus prácticas. Se advierten sus consecuencias desde una perspectiva histórica, considerando las tendencias del capitalismo en su conjunto y de las formaciones económicas nacionales, más allá de lo ocurrido en la toma de decisiones y de sus resultados macroeconómicos y se dan algunas conclusiones sobre el papel que han desempeñado en el desarrollo de los países donde se aplicaron sus políticas |
| English abstract | It develops the suppositions and hypothesis on the functioning and the path that it has characterized to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and to the World Bank (BM) from his creation. There is analyzed the paper that they have developed and a critical reflection offers on his practices. They warn his consequences from a historical perspective, considering the trends of the capitalism in his set and of the economic national formations, beyond the happened in the capture of decisions and of his macroeconomic results and they give some conclusions on the paper that they have recovered in the development of the countries where his policies were applied |
