English abstract The tensional migraine is the primary migraine more frequent in our population, it has a light to moderate intensity and it can produce a significant decrease in the quality of life. The average of age of the beginning is between the 20 and the 30 years although it has been observed that the prevalence has a pick between the third and fourth decade of the life contrary to the migraine, the affectation according to the sex is indistinct. The tensional migraine is unspecific so its diagnosis is based on the expulsion of other organic dysfunctions that can simulate the pain. There is not a specific or a biological marker for the diagnosis, however, a detailed clinical history, physical and neurological exploration will provide the necessary diagnostic elements in most of the patients
