| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este artículo es analizar las relaciones entre el gobierno provincial de la dictadura de 1966-1973 (conocida como “Revolución Argentina”) y la Iglesia Católica de Córdoba, durante el período 1969-1973. Este trabajo busca matizar las interpretaciones tradicionales sobre la relación entre la institución eclesiástica y la política, que han sostenido que existió una legitimación de esta institución a los gobiernos de facto. Si bien se considera que dicha legitimación existió, aquí se busca aportar algunos elementos que contribuyan a aclarar las formas en que se llevó a cabo y los intereses que la promovieron. Esto implica incluir las divisiones y tensiones en el interior del campo católico cordobés a partir del surgimiento de corrientes renovadoras, ligadas al Concilio Vaticano II |
