| Spanish abstract | La investigación tiene como objetivo relacionar la sociedad, los derechos y sus deberes, desde la concepción ética la sociedad. Para ello se aborda de manera breve unas referencias al concepto de sociedad, luego se presenta un breve análisis de los derechos y deberes desde la ética social, sobre la dignidad humana y sobre la dignidad y los derechos humanos. La metodología empleada para la elaboración del mismo es de tipo documental, con enfoque cualitativo y nivel descriptivo, apoyado en la hermenéutica. Se concluye que al reconocernos que vivimos dentro de la ética, lo mismo que el derecho, comprendemos los diferentes significados de las causas de las relaciones necesarias que existen entre diversos elementos de la historia y su ordenamiento, al tiempo que tenemos en cuenta las múltiples perspectivas y criterios de las significaciones de la norma desde sus obligaciones y derechos para poder vivir en sociedad |
| English abstract | The research aims to relate society, rights and duties, from the ethical conception of society. For this, some references to the concept of society are briefly addressed, then a brief analysis of rights and duties is presented from social ethics, on human dignity and on dignity and human rights. The methodology used to prepare it is documentary, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive level, supported by hermeneutics. It is concluded that by recognizing that we live within ethics, as well as law, we understand the different meanings of the causes of the necessary relationships that exist between various elements of history and their order, while taking into account the multiple perspectives and criteria of the meanings of the norm from their obligations and rights to be able to live in society |
