| Spanish abstract | La creciente digitalización de la actividad humana ha fusionado los mundos físico, digital y biológico de manera que transformará a la humanidad en su esencia misma. Esta nueva realidad utiliza como medio de comunicación Internet y como mensaje los propios metadatos o datos los cuales necesitan aplicaciones y soluciones de inteligencia artificial para ser procesados. Si bien la inteligencia artificial ayudará a resolver los grandes problemas económicos y sociales cada vez más complejos, también plantea numerosos dilemas éticos y la necesaria formulación de una legislación moderna acorde a la realidad a regular. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en conceptualizar la inteligencia artificial y analizar las últimas recomendaciones de la Comisión Europea en materia de robótica. La metodología se basó en la actualización del marco conceptual y en el análisis normativo en el marco de la Estrategia Europea para la Inteligencia Artificial para concluir en su necesaria actualización |
| English abstract | The increasing digitalization of human activity has fused the physical, digital and biological worlds in a way that will transform humanity into its very essence. This new reality uses Internet metadata or data itself as a means of communication and as a message which needs artificial intelligence applications and solutions to be processed. While artificial intelligence will help solve the increasingly complex economic and social problems, it also raises numerous ethical dilemmas and the necessary formulation of modern legislation according to the reality to be regulated. The objective of this work is to conceptualize artificial intelligence and analyze the latest recommendations of the European Commission on robotics. The methodology was based on the updating of the conceptual framework and the normative analysis in the framework of the European Strategy on Artificial Intelligence to conclude in its necessary update |
