| Spanish abstract | La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de conducir al lector por dos temas trascendentes en el área urbanística, por una parte se expondrán las características y ventajas de la urbanización del área metropolitana de Guadalajara bajo la modalidad de uso mixto de suelo y edificaciones verticales; y por otra se hablará de las implicaciones jurídicas que conlleva dicha modalidad; toda vez que el terreno que antes afectaba a un solo particular, ahora afecta a cientos de particulares que compran departamentos en niveles aéreos elevados y cimentado en un terreno en común; lo que nos lleva a tratar las ventajas y desventajas de este tipo de construcciones |
| English abstract | The purpose of this research is to lead the reader through two important issues in the urban area, on the one hand, the characteristics and advantages of the urbanization of the metropolitan area of Guadalajara under the modality of mixed use of land and vertical buildings will be exposed; and on the other we will talk about the legal implications that this modality entails; since the land that previously affected a single individual, now affects hundreds of individuals who buy apartments on high aerial levels and founded on common land; which leads us to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this type of construction |
