| Spanish abstract | La investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar un sistema de acciones metodológicas sustentadas en el uso de la gimnasia terapéutica china para el tratamiento del adulto mayor afectado con asma bronquial. Mediante estas acciones se persigue eliminar las insuficiencias teórico-metodológicas que limitan el tratamiento físico-terapéutico de los adultos mayores que padecen esta enfermedad. A partir de los resultados obtenidos con la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de investigación tales como el método criterio de especialistas y la encuesta se pudo constatar las insuficiencias declaradas, así como las acciones a elaborar para dar cumplimiento al objetivo del artículo |
| English abstract | This research aims at a system of methodological actions supported in practicing Chinese therapeutic gymnastics to treat bronchial asthma in the elders. These actions try to eliminate the theoretical-methodological insufficiencies that limit the physical-therapeutic treatment of these sick persons. The results obtained allowed identifying the stated problems from the methods and research techniques such as the specialists criteria and the survey; likewise, the actions to be designed to fulfill the objective declared |
