| Spanish abstract | El objetivo central de este documento es examinar el efecto de un conjunto de políticas públicas en el empleo, nivel de producción (total y sectorial), distribución del ingreso y otras variables relevantes, tanto del sector agrícola como el producto total, esto a través de un modelo estructuralista cuyo bagaje teórico son las aportaciones de Michael Kalecki y la escuela de la CEPAL, principalmente su hipótesis sobre qué cambios en la demanda serán los impulsores de variaciones positivas al interior de la economía. Al simular distintos escenarios encontramos que la heterogeneidad estructural condiciona de forma importante las percepciones de los campesinos, sin embargo, el impulso del empleo formal y producción interna podrían mejorar las condiciones de ingreso, pero sólo en el mediano y largo plazo |
| English abstract | The main goal of this paper is to examine the effect of a group of public policy in the employment, production level (total and by sector), income distribution and another relevant variables, in both the agricultural sector as well as total output, all this by using a structuralist model, which was made using the theoretical approaches of Michael Kalecki and the school of CEPAL, mainly their hypothesis about which changes in the demand will impulse the positive variations in the interior of the economy. By simulating different scenarios we found that structural heterogeneity determines in an important way the farmers income, nevertheless the growth of formal employment and domestic production could improve their income conditions, but just in the medium and long term |
