| Spanish abstract | En el presente ensayo intentaremos realizar un acercamiento sumario a los diferentes elementos en los que el filósofo político estadounidense John Rawls (1921-2002), cimenta su Teoría de la Justicia e idea de Sociedad Bien Ordenada. Para conseguir este propósito, describiremos grosso modo las problemáticas que intenta resolver este pensador norteamericano mediante sus propuestas; y después, dejaremos entrever al lector, cómo el liberalismo no desliga totalmente al individuo de la sociedad (aunque le dé primacía a los derechos de éste sobre aquella) como lo afirman diferentes comunitaristas |
| English abstract | In this essay, we try to do a laconic rapproachement to the different elements in which the political and American philosopher John Rawls (1921-2002), lays his Theory of Justice and the idea of A Well Ordered Society. In order to achieve this aim, we’ll describe the problems that this American thinker tries to solve through his proposals; and after, we’ll show the reader, how the liberalism doesn’t totally disconnect the individual from society (despite of it gives primacy to the rights of the first over second’s) as the different communitarianists affirm it |
