| Spanish abstract | El artículo titulado, la práctica pedagógica con enfoque prospectivo en el Sistema de Escuelas del Partido, esboza la significación del enfoque prospectivo en la preparación de los cuadros politicos en las condiciones actuales. Se hace imprescindible que las personas que dirigen tengan una herramienta para prever, anticiparse a los hechos y concebir el futuro desde el presente para proyectar nuevas estrategias y alcanzar estadios superiores. Sin embargo, un diagnóstico de este asunto, en algunas escuelas del sistema del partido, arrojó que aun es insuficiente la preparación en este tópico, no solo de cuadros, sino de los profesores, por tanto, para transformar la práctica pedagógica en virtud de un mejor funcionamiento de la sociedad, constituye un elemento de importancia cardinal, proveer a estos sujetos de componentes cognoscitivos, procedimentales y actitudinales para brindar solución a problemas de la contemporaneidad. Por tanto el objetivo de esta investigación es reflexionar acerca de la importancia de la práctica pedagógica con enfoque prospectivo en el Sistema de Escuelas del Partido |
| English abstract | The article entitled: The pedagogical practice with a prospective approach in the Party School System outlines the significance of the prospective approach in the preparation of political cadres in the current conditions. It is essential that the people they lead have a tool to anticipate the facts and conceive the future from the present to project new strategies and reach higher stages. However, a diagnosis of this issue, in some schools of the party system, showed that there is still insufficient preparation in this topic, not only of cadres, but of teachers, therefore, to transform the pedagogical practice under a better functioning of the society. It constitutes an element of cardinal importance, providing these subjects with cognitive, procedural and attitudinal components to provide a solution to contemporary problems. Therefore, the objective of this research is to reflect on the importance of pedagogical practice with a prospective focus on the Party School System |
