| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del artículo fue analizar la formación profesional de los egresados de las promociones 2013 al 2017 de las especialidades: Tecnología del Vestido, Tecnología Textil y Ebanistería y Decoración en la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle de Perú y su relación con la inserción Laboral. En la investigación el enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y diseño correlacional. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario la escala de liker, a partir del cual se demuestra que existe una relación significativa entre la formación profe-sional y la inserción laboral entre los egresados de las promociones y especialidades indicadas. Se concluye indicando que de 86% de egresados que están trabajando en él área; 38% vienen ejerciendo la docencia en sus especialidades en las cuales se formaron profesionalmente y 48 % están trabajando en empresas u otros campos |
| English abstract | The objective of the article was to analyze the professional training of graduates of the 2013-2017 promotions of the specialties: Clothing Technology, Textile Technology and Cabinetmaking and Decoration at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle de Perú and its relationship with the insertion Labor. In the investigation the approach was quantitative, applied type and correlational design. The instrument used was the liker scale questionnaire, from which it is demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between vocational training and job placement among graduates of the promotions and specialties indicated. It is concluded by indicating that of 86% of graduates who are working in the area; 38% have been teaching in their specialties in which they trained professionally and 48% are working in companies or other fields |
