| Spanish abstract | La revisión de literatura, fue realizada a artículos publicados entre los años 2000 y 2020, sobre el tema cultura organizacional, en diferentes países, organizaciones y universidades, evidencia el interés y reconocimiento a su valor y consideración en el quehacer de las organizaciones de toda índole, no siendo exenta las organizaciones con fines educativos. En ese sentido, conforma un aporte al campo del conocimiento que se construye desde la revisión de las definiciones y los aportes de los distintos investigadores, tanto de la cultura organizacional como instrumento para medir la cultura utilizado mundialmente.
