| English abstract | The author begins with the claim that everything is evolution, but evolution is not everything, to defend the thesis that although the system’s cognitive learning can adequately explain the possibility of evolutionary achievements, significant changes of course in world history through normativ framework learning should still be understood as a revolutionary achievement that can not be reduced to evolution – even though the revolution is also evolution. He argues that the revolution disembarrasses the normative potential of social evolution and that the subsequent constitutionalization embodies the reason and the emancipatory force of the revolution, the progress in the consciousness of freedom, transcending the gap between reason and will |
| Portuguese abstract | O autor parte da afirmação de que tudo é evolução, mas evolução não é tudo, para defender a tese de que ainda que o aprendizado cognitivo dos sistemas possa explicar adequadamente a possibilidade de conquistas evolucionárias, a mudança significativa de rumo no mundo histórico através de aprendizado normativo continua devendo ser compreendida como conquista revolucionária, que não pode ser reduzida a evolução – ainda que também a revolução seja evolução. Ele argumenta que a revolução liberta o potencial normativo da evolução social e que a constitucionalização subsequente corporifica razão e força emancipatória da revolução, o progresso na consciência da liberdade, transcendendo o hiato razão e vontade |
