| English abstract | The participation of Flora Tristán in the political field is necessarily connected to her life story. Women and proletarian life, the two main subjects treated in her work, are directly related to several concerns about her own reality, and therefore, the outcome of a personal story, dealing in a struggle for affirmation of liberated identities opposed to restrictive roles from within the alterity. The misfortune of being a woman without liberties in an (ex)-bourgeois worker position allows her to establish a political theory of liberation. In that sense, the objective of this article is to present the thoughts and ideas of Flora Tristan under three perspectives. On the first place, the formation of a work methodology derived from praxis and travel. In second place, the configuration of her two main political subjects: the male and the female workers, and the woman. Finally, to establish the relation of this political construction, anchored to an ethical program of the universal love. |
| Spanish abstract | La participación de Flora Tristán en el campo político, está necesariamente relacionada con su historia de vida. Los dos temas centrales que aborda en su obra: la mujeres y el proletariado, son inquietudes que corresponden a su realidad y, por tanto, el resultado de esa historia personal que se jugó entre la lucha por la afirmación de unas identidades liberadas y en oposición a los roles que establecen limitaciones desde la alteridad. La desventura de ser mujer sin libertades y la posición de (ex)burguesa trabajadora, le permitieron establecer una teoría política de la liberación. En ese sentido, el objetivo de este artículo es presentar el pensamiento de Flora Tristán bajo tres perspectivas. En primer lugar, la formación de un método de trabajo desde las prácticas y los viajes. En segundo lugar, la configuración de sus dos principales sujetos políticos: los obreros y obreras y las mujeres. Finalmente, establecer la relación de esta construcción política, anclada a un programa ético del amor universal. |
