| Spanish abstract | El estudio del pensamiento estratégico es una base fundamental para la gerencia organizacional, ya que desde su óptica, la visión del entorno, las causas, las consecuencias y lo planteamientos a futuro se presentan desde la búsqueda de soluciones integrales a futuro. El objetivo fundamental de este artículo es analizar el pensamiento estratégico como el entramado epistémico en Gerencia de Salud Pública. Presentado a la estrategia como un andamiaje que permite llevar a la organización a estadios más elevados. El estudio se plantea desde una metodología documental descriptiva, para ofrecer planteamientos teóricos que contribuyan a la acción gerencial de la salud, desde una perspectiva epistemológica. Dentro de las principales concusiones se encuentra que la concepción estratégica debe mirar hacia el futuro y a su vez estar pendiente de lo ocurre en el presente, pero es frecuente observar que el gerente de salud se concentra en los problemas de hoy intentando comprender el contexto actual dirigiendo las energías de la organización al momento presente dejando de lado los del mañana. Se hallo que la gerencia de salud presenta el reto de seguirse superando a sí misma en el tiempo, además de establecer mejores prácticas porque de ella dependen vidas humanas y el bienestar de la sociedad en general. El pensamiento estratégico, por su parte, se constituye como una herramienta gerencial que se inserta en cada una de los pasos de las organizaciones para lograr mejores resultados |
| English abstract | The study of the strategic thought is a fundamental base for the management organizational, since from its optics, the vision of the environment, the reasons, the consequences and approaches to future appear from the search of integral solutions to future. The fundamental aim of this article is to analyze the strategic thought as the epistemic studding in Management of Public Health. The study appears from a documentary descriptive methodology, to offer theoretical approaches that they contribute to the managerial action of the health, from an epistemic perspective. Inside the principal concussions one thinks that the strategic conception must look at the future and in turn be hanging of it it happens in the present, but it is frequent to observe that the manager of health centers in the today problems trying to understand the current context directing the energies of the organization the present moment leaving of side those of the tomorrow. In the same way the management of health presents the challenge of continuing excelling itself to yes same in the time, besides establishing better practices since it is not possible to allow failing because on it there depend human lives and the well-being of the society in general. The strategic thought, for its part, is constituted as a managerial tool that is inserted in each one of the steps of the organizations to achieve better results |
