| Spanish abstract | A raíz del uso de software libre en diferentes sectores productivos, se ha generado una gran polémica entre las empresas de desarrollo de software, pues ven peligrar su modelo de negocio, y el respeto a la “neutralidad” ante el modelo comercial; en respuesta a la problemática antes planteada, este estudio pretende analizar los modelos de negocio en los entornos de desarrollo tecnológico de las empresas de la industria del software. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron, interpretaron y analizaron, determinando que estos experimentan cambios de acuerdo a las nuevas técnicas de desarrollo, pero los principios económicos se mantienen, posteriormente, se formularon lineamientos estratégicos orientados a la incorporación de las empresas del sector industrial del software venezolano a los modelos de negocio en entornos de desarrollo tecnológico y finalmente, se emitieron recomendaciones derivadas del estudio |
| English abstract | The use of free software in different productive sectors, has generated a great controversy among development software companies, since they take their models of business dangerous and the respect to the "neutrality" of the commercial model; in response to the problematics described, this study tries to analyze the models of business in the environments of technological development of the companies of the software industry. This result allowed to characterize the models of business of the companies of the industrial sector of the software in Venezuela, determining that these experiences change of agreement to the new technologies of development, but the economic principles are kept, Then there were formulated the strategic limits that will be orientated to the incorporation of the companies to the industrial sector of Venezuelan software to models of business in environments of technological development and finally, there were emitted some recommendations from the study |
