| English abstract | The objective of this work is to correlate education and gender, applied to the field of the Right. Specifically, it deals with the learning and teaching feminine presence in the Law School of Sergipe (FDS), in the period of 1950 to 1970, based on the survey of the women who graduated, of the prizes granted to them, as well as by means of the trajectory of the pioneering pupils Aída the Prado Teles Milk and Maria of the Conceição Cardoso Ribeiro, and of Juçara Fernandes Leal, the only woman to have acted in that legal academy as a teacher. This study, based on New Cultural History and the concepts historically constructed concerning gender, launched hand of bibliographical, written registers, oral and iconographic souces as well as on periodics. | Portuguese abstract | O objetivo deste trabalho é correlacionar educação e gênero, aplicados ao campo do Direito. Especificamente, trata da presença feminina discente e docente na Faculdade de Direito de Sergipe (FDS), no período de 1950 a 1970, com base no levantamento das mulheres que se bacharelaram, dos prêmios que lhes foram concedidos, assim como por meio da trajetória das alunas pioneiras Aída Prado Leite Teles e Maria da Conceição Cardoso Ribeiro, e de Juçara Fernandes Leal, única mulher a haver atuado naquela academia jurídica como docente. O trabalho, baseado na Nova História Cultural e nos conceitos historicamente construídos acerca de gênero, lançou mão de fontes bibliográficas, documentais, orais, iconográficas e impressos periódicos. Constitui-se na primeira investigação a relacionar gênero e ensino jurídico em Sergipe, no período proposto |
