| English abstract | It is known that the housing problem has been intensifying more and more in urban spaces, while its use value is converted into exchange value in the “invisible hands” of real estate capital. Be view of analyzing the relationships of housing for the poor worker in the “Minha Casa Minha Vida” program (PMCMV) that the research will be carried out. The bigger objective is to unveil the naturalization of the intrinsic relationship between housing and work based on the housing policy of the PMCMV. For the first specific objective, to understand the factors that structured and structure the relationship in which one works to obtain a house; as a second objective, to understand the fundamentals of housing policies of the Federal Government that establishes a solid link between the right to live and labor rights; the third specific objective, to elucidat some of the conditions faced by poorworkers in their daily lives due to the partial forms of living in the PMCMV. The research methodology is based on surveys and readings of the theoretical framework, which is based on authors such as: Marx (2010 [1844]; 2013 [1867]), Lefebvre (2001[1968]; 1991[1969); 2008 [1972], Rodrigues (2012), Shimbo (2010) and Bonduki (1994) and others. And, also in the survey of data and some laws that govern housing dynamics in the country. It is from this perspective between work and social housing that the research is developed, thus being able to contribute to the housing debate in Brazilian cities based on geographic science |
| Portuguese abstract | É de conhecimento que a problemática da moradia vem se intensificando cada vez mais nos espaços urbanos, ao passo em queo valor de usoda moradia é convertido em valor de troca nas “mãos invisíveis” do capital imobiliário. A pesquisa se realizará tendo emvista analisar as relações do morar para o trabalhador pobre no Programa “Minha Casa Minha Vida” (PMCMV).Temos por objetivo maior desvendar a naturalização da intrínseca relação entre moradia e trabalho a partir do PMCMV. Por primeiro objetivo especifico, compreender os fatores que estruturaram e estruturam a relação em que se trabalha para obter uma casa; por segundo objetivo, compreender os fundamentos das políticas habitacionaisdo Governo Federal que institui uma sólida ligação entre direito do morar e os direitos trabalhistas; por terceiro objetivo,elucidaralgunsdos condicionamentos enfrentados pelos trabalhadores pobres emseu cotidiano devido às formas parcelares do viver nos conjuntos da política habitacional do PMCMV. A metodologia da pesquisa se orienta com base em levantamentos e leituras do referencial teórico, que se assenta em autores como: Marx (2010 [1844]; 2013 [1867]), Lefebvre (2001[1968]; 1991[1969]; 2008 [1972), Rodrigues (2012), Shimbo (2010),Bonduki (1994) e entre outros. Tambémse assenta, no levantamento de dados e de algumas legislações que regem a dinâmica habitacional no país. Será a partir dessa perspectiva entre trabalhoe moradia social que a pesquisa se desenvolve, podendo assim contribuir ao debate habitacional nas cidades brasileiras a partir da ciência geográfica |
