| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se presentan una serie de aproximaciones al tema del tiempo y la transformación social radical. Se plantea cómo la forma capital implica una determinada temporalidad y cómo el tiempo del Estado es parte de esa forma. Siguiendo a Walter Benjamin se establece la filiación entre tiempo lineal, racionalidad instrumental y modernidad capitalista, de manera que la noción de revolución implica el rompimiento y transformación radical del tiempo inscrito en el concepto de progreso |
| English abstract | This article presents a series of approximation to the theme of time and radical social transformation. It is argued that the capital form implies a determined temporality and that the time of the state is part of that form. Following Walter Benjamin, a link is established between linear time, instrumental rationality and capitalist modernity, so that the notion of revolution implies the breaking and radical transformation of the time inscribed in the concept of progress |
