| English abstract | The research Valoración Patrimonial Urbano Arquitectónico del Municipio de San Juan del Sur, tries to identify the Patrimonial Values of the typical wood architecture of this city, which will serve as a reference for future works of Heritage Conservation of constructions of San Juan del Sur, in support of the general work done by the Instituto Nicaragüense de Cultura (INC) and any investigative work on the history of this Municipality. The theme raises the ways in which the legacy of the city has been lost and how important it is to identify the buildings that are still present in order to avoid the continued extinction of our local and national heritage, through an identification that allows the valuation of the most important buildings. The documentary investigative work is based on the analysis of the information obtained from concepts, theories, regulations, laws, valuation criteria and the information collected in the city through interviews. The valuation took into account all those constructions that obtained the highest score in the matrix of valuation aspects based on the criteria of Dr. Eliana Cárdenas and those who had availability to access the information that was required. The development and culmination of this work was achieved through qualitative descriptive and general documentary design applying the techniques of observation, data collection, deduction, architectural physical measurement, photography, analysis, synthesizing each aspect collected and creating new information that lacked the town. |
| Spanish abstract | El trabajo Valoración Patrimonial Urbano Arquitectónico del Municipio de San Juan del Sur, tiene como finalidad identificar los Valores Patrimoniales de la arquitectura típica de madera de la ciudad de San Juan del Sur, que servirá como referencia para futuros trabajos de Conservación del Patrimonio de las construcciones de San Juan del Sur, como apoyo al trabajo general realizado por el Instituto Nicaragüense de Cultura (INC) y cualquier trabajo investigativo de la historia de este Municipio. El tema plantea las formas en como el legado que posee la ciudad se ha ido perdiendo y como es importante identificar los inmuebles que aún están presentes para evitar que se siga extinguiendo nuestro Patrimonio local y nacional, mediante una identificación que permita la valoración de las más importantes edificaciones. El trabajo investigativo documental está basado en el análisis de la información obtenida de conceptos, teorías, normativas, leyes, criterios valorativos y de la información recolectada en la ciudad mediantes entrevistas. En la valoración se tomaron en cuenta todas aquellas construcciones que obtuvieron el puntaje mayor en la matriz de aspectos valorativos basados en los criterios de la Doctora Eliana Cárdenas y los que tuvieron disponibilidad al acceso a la información que se requirió. El desarrollo y culminación de este trabajo se logró mediante el diseño metodológico cualitativo descriptivo y en general documental aplicando las técnicas de observación, recopilación de datos, deducción, levantamientos, fotografía, análisis, sintetizando cada aspecto recolectado y creando nueva información de la que carecía el Municipio. |
