| English abstract | Starting from a description of how I was received in the indigenous land by my hosts, I try to show how the kinship relations between the Manxineru who live in the Mamoadate Indigenous Land, on the upper Iaco River, a tributary of the Purus River, are structured. The ideas of "joking" and "respect" are recruited as key concepts for the thematization of these relationships, which are also determined as relations of exchange or sharing. Rather than the composition of social groups and a sociology, these modes of relationship correspond to something as a "theory of action," or, more precisely, a "theory of play". |
| Portuguese abstract | Partindo de uma descrição do modo como fui recebido na terra indígena por meus anfitriões, busco mostrar como se estrutura o parentesco entre os Manxineru que habitam a Terra Indígena Mamoadate, no alto rio Iaco, afluente do rio Purus. As ideias de "brincadeira" e "respeito" são recrutadas como conceitos chave para a tematização dessas relações, que são também determinadas como relações de trocas ou de compartilhamento. Antes que a composição de grupos sociais e de uma sociologia, esses modos de relação correspondem a algo como uma "teoria da ação", ou, mais precisamente, uma teoria da brincadeira. |
