| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo aborda el concepto de patrimonio cultural desde su complejidad teórica y práctica de acuerdo con los diversos contextos so-ciohistóricos en que se ha utilizado. En el trabajo, asumo que la aplicación de la idea de evolución de manera mecá-nica no es viable puesto que dependerá de cómo se define dicho concepto y, sobre todo, desde qué enfoque teórico se adopta, pues es notoria la diferen-cia de sus diversos tratamientos, En tal entendido, propongo por lo menos los enfoques antropológico, histórico o historiográfico y el jurídico, político y administrativo. Así pues, hablar de la evolución del concepto patrimonio cul-tural es relativo y complejo |
| English abstract | This paper approaches the concept of cultural heritage from its theoretical and practical complexity ac-cording to the different socio-historical contexts in which it has been used. In this work, I assume that the application of the idea of evolution in a mechanical way is not viable since it will depend on how this concept is defined and above all, from what theoretical approach it is assumed, since the difference of its diverse treatments is notorious. In this sense, I propose at least the anthropo-logical, historical or historiographic and the legal, political and administrative approaches.
